Using the Eclipse Update Manager to install the DataRush Development Tools (DDT)

This tutorial will walk you through the steps necessary to utilize the Eclipse Update Manager to download and install the DataRush Development Tools for use with the DataRush SDK.

Pre-requisites

Before beginning with this tutorial, please install the Eclipse 3.3 (Europa) SDK. The DataRush plug-ins also rely on several other Eclipse plug-ins, the list is contained below. You must download and install each of these additional Eclipse plug-ins for the DataRush development tools to work. The downloads page for DataRush contains a link to a pre-packaged Eclipse SDK with the other necessary Eclipse plug-ins. You can start there if you like and bypass having to install each plug-in separately.
